Mark Cukeric: Born and raised in Sydney, Mark grew up in a family where food was a passion, and so it became apparent to him, at a very young age, that his professional life would reflect his love for food.
Mark has worked in a number of 5 star Australian establishments: Sheraton Mirage Port Douglas, Reef Casino, Pacific International, Matson Plaza and more. He has also proved his talents in various popular restaurants and cafes in Sydney. Mark has been a recipient of a number of prestigious awards, both in Australia and Internationally.
